Gifts of long-term appreciated stock or mutual funds are a quick, easy and tax-efficient way to make a contribution to CARIE.

Memorial Gifts
You can designate the gift in honor of or in memory of a family member, friend or colleague. Please call Kelsey Aaron at 267-546-3429.
Combined Funds
CARIE is charity #12341 in the Combined Federal Campaign; #4101-0223 in the PA State Employee Campaign and #1885 for United Way Donor Option.
Endowment Fund
You may contribute to CARIE’s Bernice Soffer Endowment Fund, managed by The Philadelphia Foundation, by visiting CARIE’s page on the Foundation’s website.
Planned Giving
If you would like to make a lasting impact to support older adults in need, we encourage you to consider donating to CARIE through your will or estate plan. There is no minimum amount required and you can specify any dollar amount or percentage of your estate.
We have provided some sample language below:
I give (choose one: $[amount], or [amount]% of my estate, or [amount]% of the residue of my estate, or the residue of my estate) to the Center for Advocacy for the Rights and Interests of the Elderly (Tax ID #23-2075900), a 501 (c3) non-profit organization, to be used as the Board of Directors determine to fulfill the mission of CARIE.

–Credit Card Information
CARIE uses PayPal or Stripe to collect and process credit card information from customers. We ask for credit card information only to bill customers for an event fee, product or to bill donors who have chosen to pay by credit card. Customers who do not wish to use a credit card may call our office directly 215-545-5728 to give their information over the phone or mail their check. We do not store credit card information from customers.
