Your voice matters! Riders of SEPTA Access are invited to share their feedback and complete a brief survey about their experiences. This survey is circulated annually by the Transportation Service Advocacy Program (T-SAP) as a way for riders to express their thoughts and concerns about their experiences throughout the SEPTA Access program process, from reserving their rides to riding on the vehicles. Feedback is anonymous and is used to help inform CARIE’s advocacy and direct service with SEPTA’s Shared-Ride Program.
The survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and can be accessed online.
