Executive Committee

The Executive Committee has been established in CARIE’s Bylaws as follows:
“There shall be an Executive Committee, which, except as provided below in this Section, shall consist of the Officers of the corporation and such additional Directors as may be appointed by the Chairperson of the Board to serve at the pleasure of the Chairperson. The Executive Committee shall have and may exercise all of the powers and authority of the Board as may be necessary between meetings of the Board, except for the sale, purchase, or mortgaging of real estate of the corporation.”
