The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a proposed rule to change the Part C, the Medicare Advantage managed care program, and Part D, the Medicare prescription drug program. On March 7, CARIE submitted comments to CMS about the proposed changes to the Medicare Parts C and D programs for 2015. The proposal included both positive and negative changes. (Update – CMS withdrew the proposal shortly after the public comment period ended. Over 7,000 comments were submitted.)
