CARIE continues its series on the application and redetermination process for CHC long term services and supports (LTSS) with a webinar focusing on the role of PA’s Independent Enrollment Broker. During this webinar, the IEB will answer questions and explain its role in the Medicaid LTSS application process. Topics discussed will include the steps in the application process, what is needed for approval, and how to troubleshoot common problems.
