Registration now open for CARIE’s CHC Advocates Alliance Community Forum at Philadelphia Senior Center on May 8 from 10am-12pm. This forum is for CHC participants and their advocates who have a basic understanding of CHC but want to learn more or share their experiences. CARIE will moderate a panel of staff from Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) and all three CHC plans, who will provide brief remarks and then respond to audience questions.
