CARIE is hosting a Community HealthChoices (CHC) Town Hall on Thursday, December 17th from 2 to 4 PM. This forum is for CHC participants and their advocates who have questions about CHC or want to share their experiences. (Forum NOT for providers with business questions for the CHC plans.)
CARIE will moderate a panel of staff from all three CHC plans, the Office of Long Term Living, and a behavioral health managed care plan. Each will provide brief remarks and then respond to audience questions and comments. Be sure to join the conversation! The event is free, but registration is required.
