Elderly Victims Emergency Security Fund
Elderly Victims Emergency Security Fund (EVESF) helps to re-secure the home of Philadelphia residents over 60 who have been a victim of crime or abuse. The program re-keys or replaces locks on doors, boards up or replaces windows or doors, and other emergency measures to prevent further victimization. Victim’s generally access the fund through a gatekeeper: a victim advocate, a police officer, or other concerned professional.
